We do our best to keep auction information accurate, but dates, lots, and details can change. Each auction's own terms and conditions control when you bid.

Online bids are placed through a third-party bidding platform under that platform's terms. Auction-specific terms, including buyer's premiums and payment and pickup rules, are posted with each auction.

Photos, logos, video, and text on this site belong to Sims Family Auctions, Inc. and may not be reused without permission.

Sims Family Auctions, Inc. may send SMS messages related to auctions, auction reminders, bidding opportunities, promotional messages, informational alerts, registration updates, payment reminders, pickup details, scheduling information, and other auction-related communications. Messages may include both marketing/promotional messages and informational messages.

Message frequency may vary depending on your interaction with us, current auctions, upcoming events, bidding activity, and auction-related updates.

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. After you reply STOP, you may receive one final confirmation message stating that you have been unsubscribed. After that, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us unless you opt in again.
